Esther Dupie is a global consultant, Chief Financial Officer, and leadership speaker whose work operates at the intersection of strategy, financial stewardship, organizational leadership, and purpose-driven growth. With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and renewable energy sectors, she equips leaders and organizations to scale sustainably, lead with integrity, and build systems that endure.

As CFO and Co-Founder of Onyx Energy Solutions, Esther leads financial strategy, operational governance, and team development across multiple states, supporting both residential and commercial solar initiatives. She plays a central role in scaling teams, strengthening executive partnerships, and cultivating cultures of accountability, financial independence, and performance excellence. Her leadership has helped position the organization for sustained growth in a highly competitive and regulated energy market.

Through Koningin Consulting, Esther advises founders, executives, boards, and senior leadership teams on organizational design, executive alignment, growth strategy, and financial systems. Her consulting engagements have delivered measurable outcomes, including 100% revenue growth within six months, followed by 300% growth in year two and an additional 150% growth in year three for a privately held organization, as well as consistent year-over-year gains across mission-driven and service-based enterprises.

Esther brings a global perspective shaped in part by her participation in international decentralization initiatives in Doha, Qatar, enabling her to translate complex strategy into practical execution across diverse cultural and organizational environments.

Before entrepreneurship, Esther held senior financial leadership roles at Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the world’s leading academic medical institutions. She served as a Finance Manager within the Commuter Services Division, leading enterprise-wide operational programs supervising teams, modernizing systems, and administering the MBTA's largest pass program in Massachusetts. Esther also served as a Senior Financial Analyst, working closely with executive leadership across multiple departments operational budgets and managing a $1.2 billion annual capital budget. Her work was widely recognized for its strategic rigor, analytical excellence, and executive partnership.

Beyond the boardroom, Esther is a respected community and faith-based leader. She served for over two decades with the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance, including as Board President, where she negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in affordable mortgage initiatives expanding equitable access to homeownership. Esther also serves as Public Relations Officer for Victory World Church International, integrating leadership, service, and faith-driven impact.

Esther holds an Executive MBA from Suffolk University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) with a focus on global leadership, strategy, and organizational impact.
